Inside Sales Representative (North America)

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

What we are looking for:

  • Meet and/or exceed quota Qualify inbound leads through prospecting calls, emails and video conferencing.

  • Develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, meeting daily outreach targets Own the entire sales process – from prospecting to close – for assigned territories and target accounts.

  • Continuously refine prospecting and selling strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing team As the first point of contact, effectively communicate Gemini value to key decision-makers.

  • Support sales team by generating new opportunities in defined target enterprise accounts.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Gemini’s product offerings.

  • Accurately maintain clean records in Salesforce to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Desired Skill & Experience

  • 2 years of professional experience in a Sales Organization, preferably in SaaS.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Self Motivated

  • Persuasive storyteller that can easily summarize the value of Gemini products.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, take feedback and incorporate it quickly into your workflow

  • Familiar with all social media channels, most importantly LinkedIn

  • Experience toggling between the creative exercise of content creation, the mechanical challenges of campaign management, and strategic, data driven analysis
