You are excited about creating engaging content, driving marketing campaigns, preparing campaign analysis and ROI metrics, and are comfortable dabbling in web updates from time to time. Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
Develop strategic campaign copy based on overall Gemini Data core messaging and target audience guidance
Ensure successful execution of ABM advertising, working with Sales
Build emails, landing pages, forms, lead lists, and reports with Marketo and Salesforce.com
Monitor performance and continually optimize campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce reports
Help Business Development Representatives effectively manage leads generated from campaigns
Engage with Sales and Product teams to filter feedback from the field and customers to marketing
Contribute to positive overall team environment and company culture
Desired Skill & Experience
3 years of professional experience in marketing and campaign management
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Superb marketing copy skills
An eye for curation and an innate sense of what types of images, videos, and copy will resonate with audiences across platforms
Persuasive storyteller that can craft content to guide audiences to conversion and retention success
Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with senior stakeholders, take feedback and incorporate it quickly into your workflow
Familiar with all social media channels most importantly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Experience toggling between the creative exercise of content creation, the mechanical challenges of campaign management, and strategic, data driven analysis
